Our 85 foot Houseboat is the definition of larger than life. Four spacious bedroom areas, including a spacious master suite with a king sized bed, private bathroom and its own 38 inch flat screen television with Blu- Ray Player. This spacious houseboat also has three private staterooms with queen size beds. In the salon there is a sofa that can sleep two people and we provide you with a queen size air mattress so you can comfortably sleep 12 on board.
The extra wide hull gives you a living area that rivals a landbound house- allowing you room to wander when you cruise. The fully equipped kitchen includes a side by side refrigerator and a separate chest freezer for all your cold storage needs. Two full bathrooms give all the comforts of home during your lake exploration

The salon has an entertainment center including a 48″ flat screen television with Blu- Ray Player and surround sound system. Listen to music on board with your sound center that includes Radio, CD, iPod and Bluetooth connections that plays your music in the salon, front deck and master bedroom. In your air conditioned salon relax on the spacious sectional sofa or dine with family and friends around the table that is large enough to seat 8 people.
On the top deck you can navigate from the upper helm with its own sound system including radio, CD, iPod and Bluetooth connections . Just behind you is an extra large canopy with a complete outdoor galley including a commercial four burner grill with a side burner and a griddle. Keep your drinks cool in the 150 Quart Ice Chest.
Dine around the upper dining table or enjoy family and friends at the wet bar- all under the canopy our largest. Remember to soak up the fun on the 1400 sq foot Sun deck where you can step into the large 8 person spa with a gas heater for a quick warm up, or just enjoy on one of the six relaxing lounge chairs, then take the slide to cool off and enjoy Havasu’s inviting waters!

Early Boarding Option
This is a great value, allowing you to board your houseboat the evening before your scheduled departure day. This will allow you to load all of your vacation items onto the boat so you’ll be ready to leave immediately after the houseboat orientation the following morning. A limited amount of early boards are available on a first come, first served basis and reservations must be made in advance. This option available for rentals of three days or more For early boarding information, call 1-800-843-9218.
Rental Deposit
A Rental deposit of $1500.00 ($3000.00 for Spring Break) is due upon making your reservation . THIS DOES NOT APPLY TOWARDS YOUR RENTAL AMOUNT. The rental fee deposit is subject to our cancellation policy and is completely refunded as long as the houseboat is returned on time and in the same condition as when rented.
Houseboat Boarding
Boarding is between 10:00am. and 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated in your rental agreement. Check in at the rental office upon arrival. Houseboats must be returned to the marina unloaded no later than 2 p.m. on the last day.
